Our Franciacorta WinesOpening a bottle of Centinari Franciacorta means experiencing the emotions and sensations captured in its very essence—it’s embracing an Italian lifestyle renowned across the world.
To preserve the essence of each bunch, we listen to the voice of the terroir and follow its rhythms with respect.
We harvest each bunch by hand, carefully placing them in small crates. This way, each berry remains intact, preventing the juice from starting to flow and ferment while still among the vines.
Watching over the silence of the cellar, guarding its secret.
Once in the cellar, the harvested grapes continue their journey without haste. After the initial fermentation, a long aging on the lees, never less than 28 months. Time will do its patient work: the yeast will ferment the sugars and slowly impart to each of our Franciacorta its unique character and perlage.
