The slow drink contains our hymn to slowness made of sociality and pleasures capable of giving sensations, of listening and telling, sharing and tasting. We want to innovate, change, stimulate starting from a great classic: Franciacorta.
Bubbles have always been a fundamental ingredient for fine mixing, they give a touch of perlage to the drink which is also very popular with women, they reduce the alcohol content and convey a feeling of joy.
Furthermore, slow drinks can be a tool for telling the story of the territory. This is why we thought we would reveal some suggestions to make with Centinari Franciacorta, for slow drinks that are perfect not only for special occasions, but are the undisputed protagonists of mixed drinks.
